A yellow flag with white and black diagonal bands running diagonally from top left to botton right from the hoist side. In the centre is the Sultan of Brunei's coat of arms.
Brunei's National Flag was adopted on 29th September 1959.
The black and white stripes represent the two colours of the two chief ministors.
