New Zealand's flag is a blue flag that contains a Union Jack flag in the canton. It also has four red stars wih white boarders to the right of it. These four stars are displayed in the constellation of Cruz, the southern Cross, which can be seen from New Zealand.

This flag has been used since 24th March 1902. It uses the Union Jack to depict its ties with Great Britain.
